This Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Coffee gives you that warm, cozy fall flavor while delivering 25g of protein to start your day strong. Whether you enjoy it hot on a chilly morning or iced for an afternoon pick-me-up, this recipe is simple, delicious, and macro-friendly.
Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Coffee
Healthy, High-Protein Fall Recipe:

Approx. 160–180 calories • 25g protein • 4–6g fat • 12–14g carbs

📝 Ingredients
- 8–10 oz hot brewed coffee
- 4–6 oz Fairlife Chocolate Milk (cold or warmed depending on preference)
- 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder
- Pumpkin pie spice – a pinch, for garnish (optional)
- 1–2 oz unsweetened milk (I like a splash of chocolate, but you can use almond milk or oat milk) – for frothing
Extra protein tip: Add in 1 scoop of Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream for 23g more protein and tons of added flavor!
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Brew the coffee: Make 8–10 oz of fresh, hot coffee.
Chill it overnight if you want it iced!
2. Protein base: Using a frother, blender, or shaker bottle, mix your protein powder with the Fairlife Chocolate Milk until smooth.
3. Combine: Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug, then stir in the protein milk blend until fully incorporated.
4. Froth the topping: Heat the milk (any kind will do) and froth with a handheld frother until foamy (optional but highly recommended – also works if it is cold, so heating is just an option).
5. Top & garnish: Spoon the foam on top, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, and if desired, drizzle with sugar-free caramel.
💡 Pro Tip: Want it iced? Brew your coffee double strength, let it chill, pour over ice, then add the protein milk blend and top with cold foam.
