WHY THIS MATTERS TO ME

I didn’t get into nutrition coaching because it was trendy. I got into it because I lived the frustration.

For years, I was tired, inconsistent, and uncomfortable in my own body.
I knew what I should be doing, but I didn’t have a system that fit my life.

I tried extremes.
I tried starting over on Mondays.
I tried relying on motivation.

None of it lasted.

The turning point came when I stopped chasing perfection and started building standards.

MY STORY

Over time, those standards helped me lose over 80 pounds, regain my energy, confidence, self-belief and my purpose. I was able to completely transform how I showed up, not just physically, but as a husband, a father, and a leader.

It came from consistency, accountability, and learning how to work with my life instead of against it.
